Who are these tours for?

These tours are designed for wine enthusiasts seeking to enhance their expertise and engage with winemakers in an intimate setting. Please bear in mind that due to visits to historic buildings and occasional hilltop towns, there may be daily walking and stair climbing involved.

Do I need travel insurance?

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to cover any unforeseen cancellations, delays, or changes. 

What is your cancellation policy?

If our minimum number (6) is not booked by 90 prior to the start of the tour, it will be canceled with a full refund. 

In case of guest cancellation, no refund will be given. We strongly recommend you purchase comprehensive travel insurance with extensive coverage.

Why are the prices in USD?

Our tours take place in Italy and are led by Ciro however the tour company managing the booking logistics is based in the USA.

What's included in the price?

The tour cost covers accommodation, breakfasts, winery visits, tastings, specified meals, host-ordered wines during meals, local transportation, and local taxes/gratuities. It does not include transport to/from the meeting point, insurance, personal items, or meals not included in the itinerary (varies by destination).

My travel companion and I are making separate bookings and payments, but we plan to share a room. How should we proceed with registration?

Please specify the name of your room-sharing companion when making your booking, and your subsequent invoices will reflect the double occupancy rate.

Do you organize private tours?

Certainly! We delight in creating personalized tours to various wine regions in Italy for groups ranging from 4 to 12 people. Please reach out to us directly for further information and inquiries.

Is it customary to offer gratuities at the conclusion of the tour?

No, all gratuities for tour guides, bus drivers, hotels, wineries, and restaurants are already covered in the tour price. Any extra gratuities are entirely optional, and there is no obligation for tour participants to provide further tips.

Can you make accommodations for dietary restrictions and/or food allergies?

Kindly inform us of your dietary restrictions at the time of booking so that we can relay this information to the appropriate establishments.
